About this collection

I did not start as a fitness expert. After my first baby, I reached 73 kilos, struggled with blood pressure, and felt completely drained. That personal turning point is why I do not believe in quick fixes or restrictive diets. I teach women how to use real food from their own kitchen to feel strong and energized again.

My approach to health is not about counting every calorie. It is about understanding what your body needs to thrive. Many of us, especially as moms, put ourselves last. I help you change that. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, menopause, or just the post-baby weight that never left, we work on sustainable lifestyle shifts rather than temporary measures.

For those further away, I offer online coaching to help you build habits that last a lifetime. My mission is simple: to make healthy living practical for every Indian home. No fads, no deprivation, just honest advice and the tools you need to feel like yourself again.
