I am Nidhi. After years of navigating my own health challenges and 13+ years in clinical practice, I’ve realized one thing: true wellness isn't found in crash diets or fads. It is found in metabolic stewardship. Here is the foundation of my practice.

Speaking to a room full of dietitians, I shared my philosophy. The future of nutrition is not calorie calculation; it is metabolic stewardship. We are the protectors of biological function, and that is what my practice is all about.
