Many people ask for a shortcut to weight loss, but there isn't one. Just like these puppies learning to follow a path, achieving your health goals requires consistency, hard work, and a proper regime for diet, sleep, and stress management.
What is a balanced diet? It’s the simple food we grew up with: dal, roti, rice, curd, nuts, and seeds. It contains the five essential elements of carbs, proteins, good fats, vitamins, and fiber that your body needs to thrive.
Carbohydrates have been wrongly blamed for weight gain. Carbs are your body's primary energy source. Removing them from your diet depletes your energy. The key is to choose the right kind of carbs and eat them in moderation.
You've been told fats make you fat, but that's a myth. Healthy fats are essential to fuel your brain, boost metabolism, stabilize blood sugar, and absorb crucial vitamins like A, D, E, and K.
About My Philosophy: Fit Bano, Not Young
If you think cutting out carbs or fats is the fastest way to drop weight, pause right there. My plans don't involve eliminating your favourite dal-chawal or ghee-laden rotis.
