Motherhood is beautiful, but the chaos, exhaustion, and guilt are very real. I’m here to help you navigate this phase with honest, gentle guidance—because you deserve support, not judgment.

This is a message for all the new moms out there. The journey is beautiful but challenging. Through the sleepless nights and moments of doubt, please remember this: you are strong, you are capable, and you are doing an amazing job.

To all the husbands and partners: the postpartum period can be tough on a relationship. Your partner is going through immense physical and emotional changes. Please be kind, patient, and supportive while she navigates this new phase.

Ever heard of "mom brain"? Research shows that having a baby actually changes a mother's brain, making her more attuned to her child's needs, even if she forgets what day it is. If you're a new mom feeling forgetful, know that it's normal and you're not alone.

What does a "good mom" look like? She can be happy to hold her baby all day, but she can also be a mom who wants a break. This video is a reminder that it's okay to feel exhausted, guilty, and miss your pre-baby life. Both are sides of a good mom.

Nothing makes me feel as happy, as sad, as tired, or as proud as motherhood. It's the journey of helping them become who they want to be, while trying to figure out who you are all over again. This is the beautiful complexity of being a mom.

Let's talk about reel versus reality. What you see on social media is often just the highlight reel. As an influencer, I have dark days too, filled with no sleep and frustration. We are all sailing in the same boat.

A little then-and-now from age 22 to age 30. My 30s have been a revelation, teaching me to let go of insecurities and embrace who I truly am.

It took me 30 years to become this version of myself, and I've finally started living authentically. I'm finding myself more in love with the process of ageing.

My 30s have taught me to let go of fears and to stop defining myself by others' expectations. It's a journey of embracing who I truly am.

Now, I carry my head high and my mind poised. I've let go of the insecurities and fears that once held me back on my self-love journey.

About The Postpartum Journey & Mom's Well-being

My coaching isn't about achieving perfect motherhood; it's about reclaiming your sense of self while managing the demands of a new baby. In our sessions, we skip the fluff and get right to the heart of what's bothering you—whether it's managing maternal burnout, navigating C-section recovery, or finding ways to keep your identity alive outside of being 'amma.' I provide specific, actionable scripts and routines that fit into your actual day, not a theoretical one.
