This is Divya's 12-week postpartum weight loss journey, eight months after her baby was born. As a lactating mother, we took a gradual approach without aggressive calorie cuts, focusing on a 3-day training plan. She has made tremendous progress and is almost back to her pre-pregnancy weight.
