From Shotokan Karate to traditional Kalaripayattu, this is a look into our dojo heartbeat where we build strength, discipline, and the guts to face any challenge.

This is what we train for. A moment of pure focus and skill during our Interdojo Championship. Here, technique, speed, and spirit come together in a competitive kumite match.

Empowerment starts young. This is a practical self-defense demonstration where one of my young students learns how to effectively neutralize a threat, proving that size doesn't matter when you have the right technique and *chankootam* (guts).

Training begins with a calm mind. My adult batch starts each session with meditation and focused stretching to build mental resilience and physical flexibility before the intense workout begins.

We honor the roots of martial arts with Kalaripayattu training. Here, my students perform for an audience, showcasing the fluid, powerful movements of this ancient Indian martial art.

This is a moment of pride. Standing with my student after he won gold at the state championship and qualified for the nationals. This is the result of relentless hard work and dedication.

I am the weapon. A demonstration of nunchaku handling, a skill that requires immense focus, speed, and control. This is part of the advanced weapon training I offer.

About this collection

Most people think martial arts is just about physical strikes, but my training focuses on building the 'chankootam'—the inner guts—to handle real-life trouble. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time as a beginner or training to compete at the state level, you are not just learning to throw a punch; you are learning how to stand tall when life hits back.

Our academy in Bangalore is not a place to hide behind gym mirrors or fancy equipment. It is a space where we sweat, focus, and grow as a family. When you train with us, you are getting a mix of high-intensity combat drills and traditional discipline that sticks with you long after the session ends.

What We Teach

  • Shotokan Karate: We go deep into traditional stances, blocks, and Kata. It is about precision, speed, and controlling your body.
  • Kalaripayattu: We honor our roots with this ancient Indian martial art. It builds a level of flexibility and fluidity that standard gyms simply cannot provide.
  • Practical Self-Defense: Real trouble does not wait for a referee. We teach you how to escape locks, neutralize threats, and protect yourself in the street.

Who This Is For

I run specific batches because different ages need different approaches. My 'Little Champs' program for kids builds respect and focus, while our adult hybrid combat fitness classes are designed to burn fat, build endurance, and sharpen your mind. You do not need to be an athlete to start. I started from zero, and if you have the will to show up, I will handle the rest. We work hard, we celebrate every belt earned, and we support each other when the training gets tough.
