Real strength is not built in a commercial gym. It is built on the mats, through sweat, discipline, and the warrior spirit. Whether you are aiming for peak fitness or learning practical self-defense, my dojo is where you test your limits.
A typical adult class at Outreach Karate & Fitness Academy. We begin with meditation to center the mind, followed by dynamic stretches to prepare the body for training.

Core strength is the foundation of all power. The adult batch works together in a circle, performing crunches and other abdominal exercises at the end of a session.
About this collection
This is not your standard aerobics class. In my Adult Hybrid Combat Fitness sessions, we blend high-intensity interval training with traditional Karate strikes and Kalari mobility movements. You are not just here to burn calories, but to learn how to move, react, and strike with genuine power, regardless of whether you have experience or are starting from scratch.
How We Train
My approach is straightforward. I strip away the fluff of modern gyms and focus on what works: conditioning, mobility, and effective combat techniques. You will have access to morning or evening group slots, designed to fit into your professional life while pushing you to your physical limits.
The Session Breakdown:
- Conditioning: We use plyometrics and bodyweight drills to build functional strength. If you want to lean out and get stronger, this is where it happens.
- Striking: We drill Karate and kickboxing fundamentals. You will use pads and bags, not just air, so you feel the impact.
- Mobility: We integrate Kalaripayattu animal postures (Vadivu) to ensure your joints remain fluid and flexible.
- Self-Defense: We drill real-world situational awareness, escapes, and locks. My goal is to prepare you for the reality outside, not just for the ring.
