Safety and technique are our top priorities during sparring practice. I personally guide students through kumite drills, teaching them how to apply their skills effectively in a controlled environment.

Our training isn't just about repetition; it's about building a solid foundation through the traditional Shito-Ryu style. Every month, you or your child gets 12 sessions—including dedicated time for Nunchaku, gymnastics for agility, and supervised sparring. We focus on building character through disciplined kata practice and safe, gear-protected combat drills, ensuring everyone from age 3 upwards feels confident in their progress.
