- Lentils: 150ml bowl of Yellow Dal Tadka or Dal Fry.
- Vegetable: 150g portion of seasonal sabzi (Aloo Methi, Bhindi, or premium Palak Paneer).
- Sides: Fresh Salad, pickle sachet, and a weekly sweet or beverage treat.
Service Specs
- Packaging: 4-Tier Stainless Steel Tiffin delivered in an insulated bag.
- Quality: Uses Sunflower/Groundnut oil and homemade masalas with no baking soda.
Homestyle Non-Veg Meal
The Non-Veg Tiffin
- Main Protein: Rotates between Homestyle Chicken Curry (3-4 pieces) or Egg Masala (2 eggs). No red meat or seafood.
- Staples: Includes 2-3 Phulkas and Steamed Rice or Ghee Rice.
- Accompaniments: Fresh salad included. Dal provided depending on gravy consistency.

- Segregation: Cooked in a separate kitchen section with dedicated utensils to prevent cross contamination.

Why I Do This
I started One Humble Meal because I missed that simple, honest ghar ka khana feeling. Cooking for others isn’t just business for me - it’s a way to send a bit of home to folks juggling work or studies, especially those far from family or tired of oily restaurant food.
What to Expect
- Choose breakfast, lunch, or dinner plans. Subscribe weekly or monthly, whatever fits best.
- Not sure about committing? Order a paid trial dabba first.
- Every meal is made with homemade masalas, low oil, and always feels homestyle - kind of like maa ke haath ka khana (like mom cooks at home).
- Both veg and non-veg (only chicken and egg) options, with strict separation for those who care.
- Menu keeps changing every week. One day might be Palak Paneer, another day Bengali Chicken Curry or simple Jeera Rice and sabzi - never boring.
- Typical dabba: Rice, dal, 1-2 sabzis, soft rotis, salad. Sometimes you’ll find beetroot paratha, sometimes something else new.
- Every week, you get a free sweet or drink on the house.
How I Deliver
- Most subscribers get meals in reusable steel tiffins. If not, I use biodegradable packing - trying to keep things planet-friendly.
- Free delivery in and around CV Raman Nagar (3 km radius). I also deliver to Indiranagar, Jeevan Beema Nagar, Byrasandra, GM Palya, Tippasandra, Vigyan Nagar, LBS Nagar, DRDO - delivery charges may apply outside core area.
