This is a homemade Makai Rotla (maize flour flatbread), topped with a dollop of butter. It's a rustic and gluten-free bread that pairs wonderfully with Ringan no Oro or other vegetable curries.

We believe that a good meal starts with the right bread. In our kitchen, we focus on traditional methods to make sure you get the authentic taste of home, without any shortcuts.

Our Bread Varieties

  • Phulka Rotis: Soft, light whole wheat rotis suitable for daily lunch or dinner.
  • Theplas: A Gujarati staple. We make them with fresh methi (fenugreek leaves), or you can choose our multigrain version if you are looking for a lower-calorie, high-energy option. These have a 3-4 day shelf life, making them perfect for travel or quick office lunches.
  • Kathiyawadi Rotlas: We prepare authentic Bajri (millet) rotlas or crispy bhakhris. These are thicker and have a rustic taste, best paired with our Ringan no Oro or sev tomato sabji.
  • Aloo Parathas: Our weekend special, stuffed with a generous potato filling and served with butter or curd.

Why Freshness Matters

Since we are a small, family-run setup, we do not keep pre-made stock. When you book your order, we prepare the dough and cook the bread fresh. This ensures you aren't eating something that has been sitting on a shelf.

Dietary Options

If you have specific health needs, we can adjust your order. We offer multigrain options for diabetic-friendly or low-calorie diets, and all our items are 100% vegetarian. We can also prepare Jain-style breads without onion or garlic if you request it at the time of booking. Please give us 24 hours of notice so we can manage the preparation and delivery schedules effectively.
