About Real-World Skills: Self-Defense & Seminars

Real danger doesn't look like an action movie. When someone approaches with a weapon or tries to grab you, your first instinct is often to freeze or panic. I teach you to close the distance instantly to neutralize their reach—a technique we drill repeatedly with Kali sticks and situational role-play so it becomes muscle memory, not a guessing game. It is about keeping your head clear so you can react before they even realize you are moving.
