Practical Self-Defense & Anti-Bullying Skills
I teach you to stay safe in real situations, not just movie scenes. From anti-bullying seminars to practical self-defense, my classes focus on awareness, staying calm, and effective, functional techniques.
This is a self-defense demonstration against a stick attack. The key is to stay calm, close the distance at the right moment, and control the weapon. We teach these principles to handle real-world threats.
We were honored to conduct a self-defense seminar for underprivileged kids with the New Delhi DLSA. Everyone has the right to feel safe, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share these life-saving skills.
A clip from our self-defense seminar at a local school. The most important lesson is to be aware of your surroundings. Staying calm and practicing techniques can make all the difference in a bad situation.
Part one of our self-defense seminar at a local school. We teach girls practical techniques to escape common grabs and holds. True empowerment comes from having the skills and confidence to protect yourself.
Learning something new and fun. Here, students are practicing with Kali sticks. These drills are not just for weapon defense but also greatly improve hand-eye coordination and reflexes.
There is always more to learn. This video shows students practicing Kali stick drills, a Filipino martial art that is excellent for developing coordination and understanding the dynamics of a weapon-based encounter.
About Real-World Skills: Self-Defense & Seminars
Real danger doesn't look like an action movie. When someone approaches with a weapon or tries to grab you, your first instinct is often to freeze or panic. I teach you to close the distance instantly to neutralize their reach—a technique we drill repeatedly with Kali sticks and situational role-play so it becomes muscle memory, not a guessing game. It is about keeping your head clear so you can react before they even realize you are moving.
Why Standard Fitness Isn't Enough
Most people think martial arts is just about punching. At my academy, we focus on the psychology of strength. Whether you are dealing with a bully in the playground or a physical threat on the street, the most important weapon you have is your mind.
Our Training Philosophy
We don't teach choreographed dance routines. We focus on:
- Striking & Distance Management: Boxing and Muay Thai for awareness and footwork.
- Grappling for Control: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and wrestling (kushti) to manage an opponent without needing brute force.
- Situational Awareness: Using Kali stick drills to improve coordination, reflexes, and understanding of weapon-based threats.
Anti-Bullying & Seminars
I have seen the impact of bullying firsthand, which is why I conduct specific workshops for schools and underprivileged kids. We teach them that apni safety aapki responsibility hai (your safety is your responsibility). It is not about looking for a fight; it is about having the confidence to stand your ground, or knowing when to walk away. We role-play real-life scenarios to prepare students for situations where they might feel trapped or targeted.
Who This Is For
Whether you are a parent looking for a safe space for your child to learn discipline, or an adult wanting to gain practical self-defense skills in Gurugram, we have a spot for you. My dojo in Sector 46 is not a gym where you just sweat and leave. It is a place where we build character, mental toughness, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Come by for a session and see how we train—no ego, no nonsense, just real results.
