We don’t just drill movements—we build grit. From Kabaddi to tug-of-war, we use functional games to teach your kids that real strength is about having fun while you grind.

This is our version of a strength workout. A classic game of tug-of-war using battle ropes builds teamwork, grip strength, and pure power, all while the kids are having a blast.

Our Sunday outdoor training sessions are a highlight of the week. We mix sprints, agility drills, and games in the fresh air. It's about building fitness that is useful in the real world.

A fun weekend game that looks like play but is actually a drill for speed, agility, and reaction time. Keeping training fun is the key to keeping kids motivated.

Sunday Funday with our energetic kids. This video shows them doing bodyweight conditioning exercises. We draw motivation from their endless energy.

Highlights of our little warriors in action. This clip shows a mix of leg strength drills, pranayama for focus, and fun games like tug-of-war. A complete workout for body and mind.

No summer camp is complete without a game of Kabaddi. This traditional Indian sport is amazing for building agility, stamina, and strategic thinking.

A sprint relay competition during our summer camp. This not only builds speed and explosive power but also teaches kids about teamwork and friendly competition.

Are your kids getting physically stronger and mentally sharper? Here, we combine physical challenges like push-ups with mental challenges like chess to train both body and mind.

A unique training method: planking while playing chess. This builds core strength and endurance while forcing the mind to stay sharp and focused under physical stress.

Training the mind is as important as training the body. Our students engage in a game of chess after a tough physical workout to sharpen their strategic thinking.

About Functional Strength & Fun Games

We actually combine physical endurance with mental focus. You will often see our students holding a plank while playing a game of chess. This isn't just a workout; it is training them to keep their head clear and strategy sharp even when their body is screaming to quit.

Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. We use traditional games like Kabaddi and tug-of-war because they force kids to communicate, strategize, and work as a unit—these are real-world skills they need to navigate life outside the gym. When we use battle ropes or burpees, we aren't just looking for muscle; we are looking for mental stamina.

Integrating chess during physical conditioning is our unique way of teaching them that panic is the enemy. Whether it is a quick sprint relay or a classic game of Kabaddi, the goal is always the same: building a warrior mindset. We keep the atmosphere in our Sector 46 academy high-energy but controlled. It is not just about physical activity; it is about raising kids who are capable, resilient, and mentally steady. Parents, this is the environment where we bridge the gap between simply playing around and training with purpose. We keep the batch sizes small, around 8-15 kids, so every child gets the attention needed to grow safely.

I have been through the grind, from swimming in the Andaman waters to navigating my own struggles. That is why I do not just teach moves; I teach kids how to stay calm and strong. I want them to find their own 'Om'—that internal balance—while they learn to push their physical limits.
