This is my core belief. It's not enough to protect our kids for a day. We must teach them to protect themselves for a lifetime. This is why I started this academy, to give every child the confidence and skills to be their own protector.

This is what smart striking looks like. We teach kids Muay Thai and boxing not to be aggressive, but to be precise and powerful when they need to be. Here, you can see the focus and technique in a controlled kick during a pad drill.

A lot of real-world situations end up on the ground. We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu so kids learn to use leverage and control, not just strength. This picture shows a focused grappling session where students practice holds and positions in their Gi uniforms.

Fitness should be fun, not a punishment. We use games like tug-of-war with battle ropes to build real, functional strength. The energy and smiles you see here are a part of every class because when kids enjoy the process, they get stronger.

A strong body is nothing without a calm mind. We make time for pranayama and meditation in our classes. This helps kids improve focus, control their breathing under pressure, and build mental toughness alongside physical strength.

This is what hard work looks like. I am incredibly proud of our students who step up to test their skills in competitions. Bringing home medals is great, but the real win is the courage they show by just competing.

We are a team, a family. We train hard, but we also know how to have fun and support each other. This picture captures the real spirit of our academy, a place where kids build friendships and confidence together.

Self-defense is not just about empty hands. We teach basic weapon awareness with Kali stick drills. This helps improve coordination and teaches kids how to react calmly and intelligently if they ever face a situation involving a weapon.

We use this time to introduce basic stances and conditioning so they do not feel overwhelmed when they join the main batch.

Martial arts is not just about fighting; it is about building the character to handle whatever comes your way. At my academy in Sector 46, Gurugram, we focus on functional, real-world skills. We combine Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and wrestling for ground control, with Boxing and Muay Thai for striking, ensuring every student understands how to manage space and distance.

We keep the batches small—around 8 to 15 students—because I believe in direct attention. Whether it is learning how to safely fall, mastering a takedown, or practicing Kali stick drills for coordination, every movement has a purpose. We also integrate yoga and pranayama (breath work) into every session. Physical power is useless if a child cannot control their breathing or stay calm under pressure.

My primary goal is anti-bullying and self-defense. We teach kids that true strength is knowing when to stand your ground and when to walk away. We do not use fancy, ineffective moves. We use drills that work, fun games like tug-of-war for functional strength, and sparring that respects safety.
