Striking for Self-Defense: Boxing & Muay Thai

We teach kids how to strike smartly, not just throw punches. Our classes cover boxing for footwork and head movement, and Muay Thai for kicks, knees, and elbows, giving them the confidence to defend themselves on their feet.

Ground Control: Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling

Most real fights end up on the ground. We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and *kushti* (wrestling) so kids learn to control an opponent without having to hurt them, using leverage and technique instead of just strength.

Functional Strength & Fun Games

Strength is built through more than just drills. We use games like Kabaddi, tug-of-war, and sprints, along with functional tools like battle ropes and bodyweight exercises, to make fitness an enjoyable part of every class.

Mind & Body: Yoga & Meditation

Physical power is useless without mental control. We integrate yoga, pranayama (breath work), and meditation to teach kids how to stay calm, focused, and in control, even when things get tough.

Real-World Skills: Self-Defense & Seminars

We take our mission beyond the gym by conducting anti-bullying workshops and self-defense seminars in schools and for underprivileged kids. It's about teaching practical skills like weapon awareness and how to handle real-life situations.
