It is not just about the punches. Here, I break down the mindset of a warrior—discipline, the danger of ego, and the consistency needed to grow.

This is a humble request to all MMA academies in India. Please start training kids. They are our future, and martial arts can change their lives for the better. Let's work together to build a stronger next generation.

A short talk on the psychology of improvement. My father always taught me to never let ego get in the way of progress. The day you think you have become something is the day you start to fall.

Improvement simplified. A sneak peek of a fun talk I had with one of our students for our "Omjiujitsu Insights" series. Stay tuned for more.

An explanation of consistency from our "Omjiujitsu Insights" series. If you have to train, you have to train. It's a matter of priority. *Karna hai toh karna hai*.

Something exciting is coming soon. A candid shot from a discussion with one of our young students. We are always looking for new ways to help our community.

Our new merchandise is here. Represent the Om Jiu Jitsu team with our new full-sleeve rashguards.

What is your motive? This video is a call to action. Whatever your goal is, we are here to help you achieve it. Come and train with us.

Our kids are on fire. This video shows their dedication and hard work during a conditioning drill. This is how we build future warriors.

About Coach's Corner: My Philosophy

The biggest enemy in the dojo is not your opponent, it is your ego. I tell every student, from the smallest kid to the most advanced fighter, that the day you think you have made it, you stop growing. We strip that ego away the moment you step on the mats, focusing entirely on the process of becoming one percent better every single day. If you are here, you are here to work, learn, and sharpen your mind.

Training Beyond the Physical

Many people walk into a martial arts academy looking for a shortcut to fitness. They want the look of a fighter without the discipline of one. At Om Jiu-Jitsu, I teach something different. My philosophy is rooted in my own life—from training in the Andaman waters late at night to facing bullying during my youth. That experience taught me that strength is not about intimidation. It is about emotional control and mental toughness.

The 'Karna Hai Toh Karna Hai' Mindset

Consistency is the only secret. Whether it is a Tuesday night wrestling session in Sector 46 or a rainy morning workout, you show up. When I say 'karna hai toh karna hai' (if you have to do it, you have to do it), I am teaching kids and adults that motivation is a myth. Discipline is what gets you through the hard days. We use yoga, pranayama, and meditation to help you process pressure so that when you face a challenge outside the gym, you don't panic. You breathe, you assess, and you act.

Why We Prioritize Anti-Bullying

I was bullied as a child, and I know the lasting impact of feeling helpless. My self-defense training is not just about teaching someone how to punch; it is about building a character that refuses to be a victim. We role-play scenarios, teach verbal de-escalation, and focus on situational awareness. We train kids to stand tall, make eye contact, and protect their space without seeking conflict. True strength is knowing you can handle yourself, so you don't have to prove it to anyone else.

I am Anand. I grew up getting bullied, and I found my strength on the mats, not just in my muscles. I do not run a standard fitness club; I build people who can stand tall, handle pressure, and know exactly who they are when the world gets tough.
