Boxing & Muay Thai Training for Kids in Gurugram
I teach kids to strike with purpose, not just power. My classes focus on smart boxing and Muay Thai techniques to build real self-defense skills, discipline, and the confidence to stand tall.

Start them young, and they will build a strong foundation for life. This video shows our youngest students learning basic boxing combinations. Notice the focus on keeping their hands up for defense even while attacking.

About Striking for Self-Defense: Boxing & Muay Thai
I keep my batch sizes small—between 8 to 15 kids—so I can watch every movement and fix bad habits before they become muscle memory. It’s not about how hard they can hit, but how well they can move and defend themselves. If your child is nervous or new to physical activity, we start by building their coordination and focus on the pads, ensuring they feel secure and capable from day one.
More Than Just Punches
Boxing and Muay Thai are tools for character building, not just combat. At my Sector 46 academy, we use striking drills to teach kids how to manage stress, control their breath, and think clearly when they feel pressured. Boxing gives them essential footwork and head movement, while Muay Thai introduces them to kicks, knees, and elbows in a controlled, safe environment.
Why This Approach Works
- Real Technique: We don't teach 'movie' moves. We focus on functional, tested strikes that work in real-world scenarios.
- Mental Toughness: Through sparring and pad work, kids learn to stay calm when things get uncomfortable. This is the 'psychology of strength' I talk about—the ability to hold your ground.
- Safety First: We use 25mm EVA safety mats and strictly supervised sparring. Your child learns to defend, not just attack.
What You Get
- Small Batches: 8-15 students per class for direct attention.
- Conditioning: We mix in bodyweight drills, battle ropes, and animal flow to build athletic, functional bodies.
- Assessment: Start with a 3-day trial pass to see how your child adapts to the training rhythm.
Whether it’s preparing for a sparring session or just learning how to carry themselves with confidence at school, this is where the foundation gets built. If you are in Gurugram and want your child to learn discipline that lasts a lifetime, come watch a class. See the energy for yourself.

I grew up dealing with bullying, and that's exactly why I teach this. My classes aren't about aggression; they’re about giving kids the quiet confidence to handle pressure and the practical skills to protect themselves when it counts.
