We turn physical activity into a challenge that kids love, using traditional Muay Thai drills to build strength, agility, and mental toughness.

*Kar har maidan fateh!* (Conquer every field!) Our conditioning circuits include agility ladders and box jumps to build speed, coordination, and explosive power in our young athletes.

Strength and discipline are built through consistent effort. Here, my students are doing wall sits and other bodyweight exercises to build a strong core and leg endurance.

From pushups to pad work, every part of my class is designed to keep children moving towards their destination. This is how we build stamina and a never give up attitude.

Strength training is adapted for kids to be safe and effective. This partner exercise, the wheelbarrow walk, is a great way to build upper body and core strength while having fun.

These children's activities are designed to improve overall athleticism. We use hurdles and plyo boxes to make fitness engaging and build a strong foundation for martial arts.

Even the youngest ones learn discipline through exercise. This little student is practicing his pushups with focus, building strength and good habits early on. *Shabash!*

Frog jumps are a fantastic exercise for developing explosive power in the legs. It's a simple but challenging drill that we incorporate into our warmups.

Never give up. This student is working on resistance band sprints and heavy bag drills, pushing through fatigue to build both physical and mental toughness.

About Fun Fitness & Conditioning

Forget monotonous gym routines. In my sessions, we use agility ladders, tire jumps, and plyometric drills to turn fitness into a challenge that keeps children engaged. It is not just about burning energy, it is about building the fundamental core stability, coordination, and explosive power that every young athlete needs.

Most kids find standard exercises boring, so I integrate Muay Thai conditioning to keep things dynamic. At my Sadiq Nagar and Siri Fort Stadium branches, we move beyond simple cardio. My training floor features a 20x20 ft ring, heavy bags, and focus mitts, but we start with bodyweight discipline.

Why This Training Works:

  • Coordination & Agility: We use hurdles and ladder drills to improve footwork and spatial awareness.
  • Strength Building: From wheelbarrow walks to resistance band sprints, we develop physical toughness without the strain of heavy weights.
  • Mental Discipline: Whether we are doing pushups or pad work, I expect focus. This builds a 'never give up' attitude that stays with students long after class ends.

I treat this like a real academy, not a generic fitness center. Students learn the logic behind every movement, whether it is a basic knee strike or a conditioning circuit. If your child is struggling to stay active or needs a healthy outlet for their energy, this approach helps them discover their own strength.
