We swap screen time for jump time. Our Kalkaji studio is where kids learn to climb, crawl, and race through fun, active challenges.

Our circuit training courses are designed to be challenging and fun. This little ninja is focused on jumping over the hurdles, a great drill for improving agility and lower body strength.

Agility ladder drills are a core part of our bootcamps. You can see two kids practicing their footwork, one in a Taekwondo uniform, showing how we integrate different disciplines into our fitness training.

This video shows a full bootcamp circuit in action. Kids are running, jumping hurdles, and doing bear crawls, moving through different stations to keep the energy high and the workout dynamic.

Teamwork makes the dream work. This clip shows kids running through ladder drills and obstacle courses together, encouraging each other and making fitness a social activity.

Walking the balance beam is a great way to improve focus and stability. This young ninja is carefully making her way across, building confidence with every step.

Retro walking, or walking backwards, is a fun exercise that challenges balance and coordination. It's one of the many unique drills I use to keep classes interesting and effective.

The crab walk is a fun animal-inspired exercise that builds arm, leg, and core strength. The kids love scuttling across the floor during our junior batch bootcamp sessions.

Jumping from one soft block to another helps develop balance and explosive power. I'm here to guide the kids as they navigate this fun part of our obstacle course.

About Fitness Bootcamps & Fun Drills

Most fitness classes feel like a school subject, but our circuit training is essentially a big, organized game. We use high-density EVA foam mats so your kids can practice cartwheels, crab walks, and high-impact jumps safely, building coordination while they think they are just playing tag.

We started Ninja Kids because we saw too many children stuck on devices. Our goal is simple: get them moving. Our bootcamps in Kalkaji aren't about rigid drills, they are about functional movement. We use a circuit-based approach that keeps heart rates up and boredom away.

Inside our facility, kids navigate climbing walls, balance beams, and ladder drills that look like a playground but act like a gym. By working through these obstacles, children naturally improve their motor planning, spatial awareness, and agility.
