Our residential projects focus on how light and volume define a living space. We design homes that treat structure as a sculpture, where every void and surface serves a purpose.

A tour of the Ramprasad Residence. This project balances warm materials like wood with clean white surfaces and dark marble accents to create a modern family home.

The guest level at the Neeti Residence. This expansive, open-plan area features polished white floors and book-matched marble panels, with an indoor garden blurring the line between interior and exterior.

The indoor swimming pool at the Neeti Residence, integrated directly into the main living level. The water body acts as a calming element, reflecting light and connecting different zones of the house.

A wide view of the guest level living area and pool. The design emphasizes horizontal planes and double-height spaces to create a sense of openness and volume.

The master bedroom in the Neeti Residence. We use recessed and indirect lighting to create a soft ambiance, highlighting the clean lines of the floating bed and cantilevered shelves.

A guest room where the angularity of the architecture defines the space. Built-in furniture and storage are integrated into the walls to maintain a minimalist aesthetic.

A breakfast counter carved from translucent onyx. The material is backlit to provide a warm glow, making it a functional feature that also serves as a light sculpture.

The kitchen in the Neeti Residence. A minimalist design with handleless cabinetry and a large window that opens the space to natural light and views.

The double-height family room in the Sandeep & Neelam Agarwal Residence. The space is defined by its volume, hardwood floors, and a connection to the upper-level mezzanine.

A view from the mezzanine into the double-height living area, showing how we connect private and common spaces visually while maintaining separation.

About Private Residences: Sculptural Forms

When we start a home, we look beyond the floor plan. We begin with hand-sketched massing models to test how natural light will enter your specific site. This ensures that features like skylights or double-height ceilings are functional, not just decorative, and actually influence the ventilation and movement within your home.
