- Flooring: Installation of Italian Marble or large-format glazed vitrified tiles in living areas. Wooden flooring for bedrooms.
- Civil Changes: Minor layout alterations like opening up kitchens or merging balconies, including demolition and debris removal.
- Ceilings & Walls: Minimalist Gypsum false ceilings with shadow gaps (grooves). Premium plastic emulsion paint with 3-coat putty finish.
Custom Joinery & Woodwork
- Kitchen: Custom-built using BWP Marine Ply with Acrylic or PU finishes. Includes Quartz countertops and branded soft-close fittings.

Our Style & Materials
Our thing is modern and minimalist, but with sculptural interior volumes. We play with space, height, and angles to make rooms feel dynamic but not busy.
We’re picky about materials – polished marble, veined stone, translucent onyx, warm hardwood, and even rough concrete. Natural light architecture is big for us, using huge windows and skylights so light shifts through the day.

My Story
We’re Ochre. You know, we always start with a sketch - sometimes digging out old blueprints, older than some of us here! That’s how we reconnect with the roots. For us, architecture isn’t just walls and roofs, it’s a journey from scribble to space, from a hand-drawn line to a home with a story. Interiors, landscape, all of it’s one big thought. What gets us going is seeing how a simple form can turn into something new. That’s our thing.

Architectural, Interior & Landscape Design - We design homes, interiors, landscapes, even custom dining tables and big master plans for stadiums or clubhouses.
Design Process - We show everything - hand sketches, massing models, till the final built space. Transparent work, always.
