Architecture is a journey from line to space. We focus on structural volumes, natural light, and clean materiality to create environments that feel both open and grounded.

The resulting interior volume at the Neeti Residence. This is what we mean by designing with the bones of a space, where overlapping planes and natural light create a dynamic yet serene environment.

An exterior and interior tour of the Neeti Residence. We approached the building's massing as a series of interlocking blocks, which creates dramatic, multi-height volumes inside filled with light from carefully placed skylights.

A family space in the Sandeep & Neelam Residence, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary to the garden, while the indoor swing adds a playful element to the minimalist design.

A floating pooja room crafted from a single volume of backlit onyx. Positioned directly under a skylight, the space is designed to be a tranquil core within the home, glowing with natural and integrated light.

A look inside the Brigade Orchards Clubhouse. For large-scale commercial projects, we create complex structures that feel both grand and welcoming, using materials like wood and steel to define the space.

A custom-designed, double-height pivoting main door. This entrance piece acts as a kinetic sculpture, setting the tone for the architectural experience that lies beyond.

A minimalist bedroom design in the Neeti Residence. The floating bed with integrated lighting and the single slab of veined marble create a clean, uncluttered space designed for rest.

We also engage in product design, such as this sculptural dining table. The piece complements the architectural language of the home, creating a cohesive interior landscape.

About Featured

When we approach a project, we start with the volume. Whether it is a private residence or a commercial space, our priority is manipulating light and massing. You will notice this in our use of skylights to draw the eye upward or structural elements that define the interior landscape. The finish is always secondary to the spatial logic, which is why we prefer clean, honest materials that age well over decorative frills.

This is the heart of our Celadon project, a formal lounge that flows into an informal living space next to a sunlit courtyard. We designed this area to be visually open and functionally fluid, creating a natural rhythm for movement and interaction, perfectly embodying our belief in connecting spaces with nature.9
We believe in making bold statements. The foyer of our Scarlet Horizon project features a dramatic, hand-painted ombré wall that transitions from deep crimson to a vibrant scarlet. This entryway console and greenery create a powerful first impression that is both artistic and welcoming.
At our Terra Gardens penthouse project, the staircase is more than a functional element; it is a piece of art. Crafted from a single piece of Corten steel, its sculptural form creates a striking focal point that contrasts beautifully with the home's minimalist, monochromatic palette.
A bedroom should be a sanctuary. In this room from the Celadon residence, we combined a rich wood-paneled headboard with brass accents and soft, layered textiles. The design focuses on creating a serene retreat that feels both luxurious and deeply personal, with views oriented towards the surrounding gardens.

This is the heart of the Split House, where a central, double-height courtyard and a massive skylight dissolve the boundaries between indoors and out. We designed this space to be a tranquil core for family life, where the changing light marks the passing of the day. The design uses a minimal palette of marble, teak, and glass to keep the focus on the spatial volume and the connection to nature.8
The facade of the House Above The Tree captured at sunset, showcasing how the structure interacts with light. We used clean lines, a rooftop garden, and distinctive vertical louvers to create a modern home that is both private and open to its surroundings. This view highlights the home's strong geometric form against the soft evening sky.
An exterior view of 'An Earthy Affair', a home designed to celebrate natural materials and its connection to the landscape. We used exposed brick and large openings to create a structure that feels rooted and honest. The design plays with solid volumes and open terraces to create a dynamic relationship with the surrounding green space.

This multi-level view shows the interplay between the water body, the indoor planter with a frangipani tree, and the living spaces above, creating a constant visual connection across the home.

This double-height living space is defined by its connection to the outdoors. Expansive glass walls dissolve the boundary between the interior and the garden, flooding the room with natural light and creating a serene, open atmosphere that embodies our approach to modern residential design.8
I designed this residence as a composition of bold, interlocking forms. The cylindrical concrete volumes create a powerful sculptural statement, softened by integrated planters and rooftop greenery that introduce a biophilic element to the modern facade.
I believe transitional spaces should be experiential. Here, an indoor garden is integrated directly into the staircase, transforming the act of moving through the home into a moment of connection with nature. Backlit steps and raw concrete walls complete this serene composition.
The master bathroom is treated as a sanctuary. In this design, dramatic Panda White marble with bold veining forms the dual vanity, contrasted with dark wood walls and minimalist brass fixtures to create a space of sophisticated and luxurious calm.

This is the facade of our "Under the Silver Oak" project. We designed the building as a monolithic deep red volume, a nod to vernacular terracotta tones, creating a bold architectural statement that interacts dynamically with the shifting shadows of the central tree.8
The reception and waiting area of Dr. Banerjee's Homeopathy Clinic. We used a minimalist approach with warm oak panels, a monolithic quartz desk, and clean lines to create a tranquil space that immediately puts patients at ease.
Here you can see how we integrated the entire "Under the Silver Oak" workspace into its urban context. By designing around the mature tree instead of removing it, we anchored the building in nature, creating a unique identity on a compact city plot.

This home is a testament to mindful resource use and nature-oriented planning. We married industrial aesthetics with subtle, rustic textures, creating a design where every detail, like the prominent copper-finished bay window, was carefully considered to add value and character.7
I designed this first-floor living area to be the emotional hub of the home. The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, ensuring family members can interact and share experiences, fostering a true sense of togetherness and modern luxury living.
This space is one of my favorites. It features a triple-height volume that brings incredible light and airiness, anchored by a massive circular skylight and a sleek, folded-plate staircase. It's a perfect example of how I use volume and light to create a central courtyard feel.
For this home on the outskirts of Bengaluru, we created a paradise for a slower pace of life. The French neoclassical inspired elevation, with its elegant arches, clean white palette, and integrated greenery, provides a sense of calm and timeless beauty amidst a developing landscape.

We believe light is a building material. Here in our Kaattu Veedu project, sunlight filters through the tiled roof, creating an ever changing pattern of light and shadow on the lime plastered walls, making the space feel dynamic and warm.8
This is Earthsong, an experience center we designed to feel like it grew right out of the land. The minimalist, earth-toned structure is reflected in the water, creating a moment of pause and connection with the environment before you even step inside.
For this luxury villa, we designed a double height living room that balances grandeur with a cozy, inviting feel. The statement chandelier from Klove Studio acts as a centerpiece, while the subtle tones and plush furniture create a space of royal comfort.
