The exterior of Villa Shakthi in Cherpu, Kerala, is defined by a central pool court that anchors the entire design. The home is spread across a 2,500 sqm site, with rooms and circulation oriented to overlook this tropical oasis, creating a constant connection between the indoors and the lush landscape.47
The private family area in Villa Shakthi features a double-height window that frames the tropical view and pool. This space exemplifies our focus on creating luxurious yet comfortable living areas where material richness and natural light converge.

This 6,000 sq ft home in Sarjapur was designed to feel like a modern vacation home. The combination of wood, stone, and large windows connects the interiors with the tropical landscape, offering a comfortable escape every day of the week.
Good architecture adds real value to a property, far beyond just the cost of construction. This design showcases how we can use massing and materials to create a visually dynamic facade that has a strong street presence and lasting appeal.
When designing a family home, I imagine how life will unfold within its walls. This project on Sarjapur Road was inspired by the family who will live here, with spaces designed for playing, lounging, and gathering. Understanding the client is the best inspiration.

For "A Home by the Park," we created this double-height living room featuring a massive, custom-designed art installation. The piece becomes the focal point, reflecting light and adding texture to the space.13
