We shape concrete, steel, and glass into dynamic forms. Our residences merge modern geometric lines with organic, climate-responsive elements to create living spaces that resonate with their surroundings.

The 'Drape Residence' in Bangalore harmonizes modern elegance with organic elements. The facade's clean lines are contrasted by a flowing, sculptural form, creating a visually striking silhouette that stands out in its urban context.

This luxury home in Mangalore features a contemporary architectural style blended with traditional materials like glass and Mangalore tiles. An angled roof slopes down to a metal framework, with large projections to mitigate the coastal climate.

This facade for a villa in Bangalore seamlessly integrates geometric lines for ventilation with a semi-private terrace space. The interplay of solid and void, along with the dark color palette, creates a striking and modern visual appeal.

The evening view of this modern residence highlights the interplay of light and material. The metal framework and vertical louvers create a rhythmic pattern, while landscape lighting enhances the connection between the architecture and its garden.

A detail of the angled glass facade, where the tiled roof appears to fold down and meet the ground. This dramatic gesture blurs the line between wall and roof, creating a dynamic, crystalline form that allows light to flood the interior.

This view showcases the symmetrical design of the home's dual entrances. The angled roofs create a sense of balance, while fluted feature walls with gabion cladding add a raw, textural quality to the modern design.

The design of the Hegde Residence is built along the contours of the site, giving the building an elevated, commanding presence when viewed from the road. The dramatic, angular roofline is a key feature of its sculptural form.

About this collection

Our approach centers on the structural tension between raw, grounded materials like stone or exposed brick and the fluid, sculptural lines of our roof and facade designs. This contrast is not merely aesthetic, as these forms are intentionally modeled to guide airflow and mitigate solar gain, ensuring your home remains naturally tempered throughout the seasons regardless of the regional climate.

Architecture, for us, is the process of allowing nature and structure to coexist. When we approach a residential project, we treat the building as a sculptural object that must respond to its specific context, whether it is an urban plot in Bengaluru or a coastal site in Mangalore.

Designing for Context

Every residence we design is a study in climate responsiveness. In our coastal projects, such as those in Mangalore, we employ angled roof slopes and large projections to defend against heavy monsoon rains and harsh sun, utilizing traditional Mangalore tiles alongside contemporary steel frameworks. This regional sensitivity ensures that the architecture feels rooted rather than imposed.

Materiality and Light

We favor materials that age gracefully—raw concrete, exposed brick, and local stone. The interplay of these textures with light is central to our process. We use perforated brick walls, or jaali screens, and rotatable louvers not just for aesthetic rhythm, but to manipulate the quality of light entering the interior and to facilitate passive ventilation.

The Sculptural Form

Our design process moves from initial site analysis and sun path diagrams to the realization of complex geometries. We often blur the boundaries between wall and roof, creating crystalline or sweeping forms that elevate the building's profile. Inside, this translates to spaces that feel light and airy, with clear connections to external courtyards or terraces, ensuring that the living environment is constantly engaged with the outdoors.
