From residential living spaces that maximize natural light to large-scale commercial architecture, this collection highlights our core design principles. We focus on functional layouts, the honest use of local materials, and structures that adapt to how you actually live and work.
This living room is designed to be the heart of the home, balancing modern comfort with timeless materials. I used solid wood for the partitions and ceiling accents to bring warmth and texture, creating a space that is both open and inviting for family gatherings.
This is the architectural plan and 3D visualization for the St. John's Medical College Hospital. My process involves a complete, end-to-end solution, from the initial ground floor plan and structural design to the final building facade, ensuring every detail is mapped out for functionality and aesthetics.
I believe in using locally available materials to create authentic spaces. This living area features exposed wire-cut brick walls and large windows, flooding the room with natural light and creating a rustic yet contemporary home environment that feels connected to its surroundings.
A staircase is more than just a way to get from one floor to another; it's a design opportunity. Here, a terracotta jaali screen acts as a feature wall, allowing for ventilation and creating beautiful light patterns while adding a distinct Indian artisanal touch to the home.
This modular kitchen design focuses on clean lines and high functionality. The combination of pastel green fluted panels and glossy white cabinets creates a fresh, modern look, with integrated appliances and an island that doubles as a breakfast counter for a practical, everyday living solution.
The interiors of the St. John's Hospital were designed for clarity and calm. This collage shows the main reception and interior corridors, where I used a simple palette of wood and neutral tones to create a welcoming and easy-to-navigate environment for patients and staff.
I love to design spaces that interact with natural light throughout the day. The patterned skylights in this entryway create a dynamic play of light and shade on the floor, turning a simple passage into a visually interesting experience that changes with the sun.
It was an honor to see my work on the St. John's Hospital featured in the Deccan Herald. This image combines a night view of the completed building with the press coverage, validating the project's success and its positive impact on the community.
About Featured
We design based on how a room works, not just how it looks. Our process prioritizes natural light and local materials like wire-cut brick to ensure your space stays cool and feels right. Before picking a paint shade, we look at the structural layout and airflow to make sure your space serves your daily needs, rather than just acting as a visual backdrop.
Our approach to design remains consistent whether we are building a private residence or a clinical space like St. John's Hospital. We believe in the beauty of the bare shell and the play of light and shade. By utilizing sustainable, locally sourced materials such as wire-cut bricks and terracotta jalis, we create environments that feel alive and connected to their surroundings.
Residential & Commercial Expertise
We handle projects from start to finish. Our residential work focuses on 'less is more'—minimalist interiors warmed by solid wood and natural ventilation. We avoid unnecessary clutter, ensuring your home remains functional and easy to maintain. In our commercial work, we apply these same principles to optimize layouts, focusing on efficient navigation and patient well-being, which is essential for environments like hospitals.
Our Process
When you engage with us, you get an end-to-end team. We manage:
- Conceptual Planning: 2D space planning and 3D visualization that map your lifestyle needs to the floor plan.
- Material Selection: Using textured laminates, natural veneers, and eco-friendly finishes.
- Site Supervision: From the first sketch to the final construction phase, we are present to ensure that the structural integrity and design intent remain intact. We coordinate directly with carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to prevent gaps in communication.
If you are planning a renovation or a new build in Bengaluru, we encourage you to consider the orientation of your windows and the thermal properties of your walls. These small decisions during the planning phase are what ultimately make a building perform well over time.
