About Master Planning: MCA Pune Competition

large-scale planning often fails at the pedestrian level. our strategy for this competition focused on segregating vehicular movement from spectator plazas, ensuring that even a parking facility could become a public garden. we mapped the sun path and traffic flow to ensure the built form works with the site, not against it.

This conceptual landscape master plan demonstrates how we define the lifestyle for urban residents. Our designs increase overall green coverage to reduce the urban heat island effect while providing a rich mix of amenity spaces, green areas, and poolscapes for social and recreational activities.
