Commercial & Public Spaces Design
We approach large-scale projects by balancing bold sculptural forms with functional zoning. Our focus remains on integrating structures into the landscape to create intentional landmarks.

About Commercial & Public Spaces
When developing the facade for the Brigade Utopia clubhouse, we prioritized the junction between the primary yellow textured surfaces and the underlying grey concrete massing. This was not merely an aesthetic choice, but a structural exercise in managing angular window cuts and ensuring the geometry remained rigorous through the construction phase.
For large-scale commercial and public developments, the primary challenge is managing complex circulation zoning while maintaining a distinct architectural identity. Our master planning methodology starts with site analysis, evaluating sun paths and existing topographical features to inform building orientation. We view these projects as opportunities to create landmarks, often utilizing deconstructed volumes to break down the perceived scale of the superstructure.
Our design process is transparent and highly iterative. We utilize twinmotion for high-fidelity 3d visualization, allowing stakeholders to experience spatial flows and massing before construction commences. Whether designing clubhouses, hotels, or sports complexes, we prioritize structural coordination for large-span elements, ensuring that architectural intent is supported by engineering reality. From the initial hand-drawn sketch to the final GFC drawings, we oversee the integration of MEP provisions, traffic zoning, and landscape elements, turning infrastructure into something functional and beautiful.
