This is what a special homemade meal looks like. I can prepare a complete spread for your weekend gatherings, festivals, or parties, including everything from main courses like Undhiyu to snacks like Samosas and Khaman.
My signature Undhiyu, a traditional Gujarati winter vegetable curry. I cook it slowly with fresh vegetables and spices, making it a favorite for party catering and special family meals.
A fresh stack of my Multigrain Theplas. These healthy Indian flatbreads are perfect for any meal and are a great travel-friendly snack. I also make them with methi and other masalas.
Here you can see the difference between my soft, spongy Khaman and the slightly tangy Khatta Dhokla. Both are steamed, healthy snacks that are light and easy to digest, perfect for any time of day.
I offer a wide variety of homemade vegetable dishes, or sabjis. This includes classics like Bhindi Masala, Sev Tamato, Turiya, Ringan no Oro (baingan bharta), and Drumstick curry, all cooked fresh for your order.
A glimpse into the range of my homemade dry snacks and namkeens. This includes everything from roasted Poha Chivda and crispy Farsi Puri to savory Bajra Vada and different types of Thepla.

We do not believe in bulk-made or frozen food, which is why we only fire up our kitchen once your order is confirmed. Whether you need a batch of soft Theplas for travel, a full catering spread for a birthday, or daily tiffin, you get the same freshness you would expect in a Gujarati household.
