This is my pure, homemade pork lard, which has a rich, creamy texture when set. It's rendered from 100% pork fat with nothing else added, making it an amazing, flavourful base for frying and roasting.
To get that real Naga taste, I only use fresh, authentic ingredients. This plate has it all: Naga lehsun, titaguti (bitter tomato), fiery king chilli, and ngari (fermented fish), the heart and soul of my recipes.
