About this collection

We cook our pork in 500-650ml portions, designed for a single hearty meal or to be shared with rice. Since we use authentic ingredients like wood-smoked meat and fermented bases, availability changes based on our kitchen schedule. Text us to confirm today’s menu before you order.

How We Cook

We don't do market shortcuts. If a dish is supposed to be smoked, we use real wood-fire smoke, not liquid smoke. Our gravies rely on traditional bases that take time to build:

  • Axone: Fermented soyabean paste that gives the dish a deep, pungent umami profile.
  • Anishi: A thick, earthy gravy made from fermented yam leaves, specifically for our smoked pork preparations.
  • Bamboo Shoot: We use only the tangy, aromatic variety that cuts through the richness of the pork fat.

Ordering & Delivery

We currently serve Ejipura and Koramangala. Because we prepare everything in small batches to ensure quality, items like our spicy glazed pork or crispy pork fat can sell out quickly.

If you are new to Northeast cooking, start with our signature smoked pork curry. The meat is slow-cooked with the skin left on, resulting in gelatinous texture and rendered fat. It is spicy by default, flavored with Raja Mircha (King Chilli). If you need a milder version or have questions about a specific ingredient, just ask before ordering.
