About this collection
These snails are not farmed; we source them from specific suppliers only when the season allows. Because they are wild-caught, the cleaning process is labor-intensive, so we handle that before delivery to ensure they arrive ready for your stew or stir-fry.
Finding authentic Northeast ingredients in a metro city like Bangalore is a constant challenge. Our rare ingredients category covers items that you cannot find in local supermarkets or typical vegetable vendors.
The snails shown here, including both long-shelled and round-shelled varieties, are entirely seasonal. We cannot guarantee stock at all times as our supply depends on the harvest from the region. When we do get a batch, they move quickly, often within a day or two of us announcing availability.
