About Zumba Fitness Party
My Zumba sessions happen at HSR Fitness World in AECS Layout, with a focus on simple, high-impact choreography that anyone can follow. You do not need to be a dancer to join; you just need to be ready to sweat for an hour. Every class includes a warm-up, a mix of upbeat tracks, and ends with core-strengthening exercises on the mat.
My Approach: Fitness Should Feel Like a Party
I believe that if you are not sweating, you are not really training. My Zumba classes are designed to be a high-energy dance workout where you forget you are exercising. We use loud music and fun, easy-to-follow choreography to keep the heart rate up and the calories burning.
What Happens In Class
We don't just dance—we work. My sessions are structured to give you a full-body workout:
- Warm-up: We get the blood flowing.
- Cardio Zumba: A mix of dance steps that keep you moving.
- Core Work: Every session ends with dedicated mat exercises to strengthen your abs and back.
If you prefer a different intensity, we also integrate elements of aerobics and HIIT into our routine to keep things fresh. No matter your fitness level, I am there on the floor to guide you and make sure your form is correct.
