Building a strong back is the foundation of overall strength. This video shows some of my go-to exercises, including lat pulldowns and rows on the Smith machine, focusing on proper form to maximize muscle engagement and prevent injury.
This is a look at a typical lower body workout, designed to build power and shape. The routine includes a mix of barbell squats for overall strength, machine work for isolation, and dumbbell lunges for stability and balance.
Functional fitness is about moving better in everyday life. Here, I’m working with a partner on agility ladder drills and explosive movements to improve coordination, speed, and cardiovascular endurance.

We train at Fit Muscle Premium Fitness in RR Nagar, focusing on compound lifts and functional movement rather than quick fixes. I prioritize tactile form correction to keep you safe under the bar while we work on building a physique that is as capable as it is strong.
My approach to fitness is rooted in the idea that strength is a skill. It is not just about moving weight, it is about moving with purpose. When you train with me, we get away from generic treadmill routines. Instead, we use a mix of free weights, plate-loaded machines like the Pendulum Squat, and functional drills to build real-world power.
The Three-Month Transformation
This is where we see the most progress. If you are ready for a lifestyle change, my 12-week program goes beyond the gym floor. We track body composition, set up customized nutrition plans that fit your life, and use recovery tools like the facility's steam room and ice baths to keep you consistent. You get weekly check-ins and WhatsApp support, meaning you are never doing this alone.
