About Residential Training
Hard Work, No Shortcuts
Mera simple funda hai – hard work beats talent every single time. This place is not a picnic spot. If you want to be a real Kabaddi or Kho-Kho player, it’s all about mehnat (hard work) and patience. Beej ko fasal banne mein samay lagta hai (A seed takes time to become a crop). You have to be ready for the grind, not just the glory.
Life at the Academy
Here, you live and breathe the game. Our full-time sports training academy is for those who are serious about taking their game to district, state, or national level. Hostel-based training means you stay right at the academy, surrounded by others who want the same thing: to win.
- Morning training (5:30-7:30 AM), evening training (4:00-7:00 PM), six days a week. No skipped days.
- Both boys and girls get equal focus.
- We do everything: sprints, gym, tire workouts, agility drills, and more.
What You Actually Train
- Kabaddi: Raiding (footwork, hand touch, dubki, lion jump), defense (ankle hold, chain tackles)
- Kho-Kho: Special coaching, proven teams
- Regular match practice - real game situations

My Story
Main hoon Coach Vishal Pal, log Guru ji bhi bulate hain. Yahan NEA Kabaddi Academy mein, bas ek hi rule hai - mehnat sabse pehle. Koi chota ho ya senior, sabko mitti se dosti karni padti hai. Kaam simple nahi hai, par jo jeet ke aata hai, usmein asli maza hai. Jab hamare bacche KBD Juniors ya SFA jeet ke aate hain, toh lagta hai, Hanuman ji ki kripa hai. Main toh bas ek rasta hoon. Har har Mahadev!
My Work
Kabaddi & Kho-Kho Coaching - Professional coaching for both boys and girls in Under-12, U-14, U-17, U-19 categories.
Competition Prep - We train players for CBSE Cluster, School Games, KBD Juniors preparation, SFA Championships, and private tournaments.
Skill Training - Focus on all-round growth - Kabaddi footwork drills, Dubki technique coaching, Lion Jump training, Back Hold, Hand Touch, Chain Tackle.
Facilities & Hostel - Mat, ground, gym, plus hostel for outstation players. Full support for serious athletes.
