When you see these medals, do not just see the shine. Every trophy here comes from a specific approach to match simulation. We do not just teach Kabaddi or Kho-Kho techniques; we force game-pressure scenarios daily so that when our kids step onto the mat for CBSE or SFA championships, they are not nervous. They are simply doing what they have practiced for months. We do not chase glory here. We chase the process of getting better, and the wins follow naturally.
Success is a byproduct of discipline. Whether it is our U-14 squad taking the podium at the CBSE Cluster XIX or our U-19 girls winning the Kho-Kho Championship, the story is the same: consistency.
My philosophy is simple. Beej ko fasal banne mein samay lagta hai. You cannot rush the process of becoming a national-level athlete. That is why our training schedule is non-negotiable. Morning sessions start at 5:30 AM sharp, and evening sessions run until 7:00 PM, six days a week.
