Full-Board Monthly High-Performance Training
Living & Nutrition
- Dormitory Accommodation: Bed in a shared on-site hostel room with bunk beds. Functional living space designed for athletes.
- Athlete Diet: 4 daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snack, Dinner) tailored for high energy expenditure.
On-Court Training
- Schedule: Rigorous regime with 2 sessions daily (Morning Fitness and Evening Court), 6 days a week.
- Volume: Total training duration of 5 to 6 hours per day.
- Coaching: Direct supervision by former National Player Suraj Bhatt focusing on tactics and biomechanics.
- Drills: Extensive multi-shuttle feeding, reaction training, and agility modules. Training shuttles included.
Conditioning & Recovery
- Gym Access: Usage of on-site functional gym with free weights and plyometric equipment.
- Pool: Access to outdoor swimming pool for hydrotherapy and recovery sessions.
1-Week Intensive Technical Correction Camp
Logistics
- Stay & Food: 7 days of accommodation in the academy dormitory with full meal coverage (3 meals + snacks daily).
- Batch Entry: Direct integration into the elite high-performance batch for the week.
Technical Focus
- Audit: Rapid assessment of player weak points, specifically footwork patterns or stroke mechanics.
- Correction: Targeted drills to fix identified flaws before tournaments.
- Sparring: Match exposure against current resident players, including state and national rank holders.
Access
- Full Schedule: Participation in all morning fitness and evening court sessions.
- Facilities: Temporary membership to the gym and swimming pool for the camp duration.

I don’t run a holiday camp. If you’re looking for a chill place to play, swipe away. My residential training is for those who want to compete at state or national level - not for dabblers. Every day here is tough. You’ll be pushed harder than ever. No shortcuts, no excuses.
The Grind: Your Daily Routine
You’ll live and breathe badminton. Mornings kick off with multi-shuttle drills and footwork sessions - lots of fancy footwork, bhai (bro)! Reaction training is part of the mix, plus strategy deep-dives and match simulations, so you learn how to handle pressure. Off-court, you hit the gym for strength and plyometrics. There’s on-court running too - stamina matters as much as skill.
Recovery isn’t a side-note. Foam rolling, mobility sessions, swimming pool, ice baths, and massage keep you going. You’ll be tired, but you’ll get stronger.
Where You’ll Stay & Train
It’s basic here: dormitory bunk beds, shared spaces, and a community of athletes, not luxury seekers. Three BWF-approved courts, a full gym, and a pool - all pro-level. If you’re after an athlete hostel lifestyle, this is it.
