Residential Kabaddi and Kho-Kho Training in Noida
At N.E.A Kabaddi Academy, we don't just teach sport; we build athletes. Our residential program is for the serious ones ready to grind every single day.
Our team had the amazing opportunity to meet Pawan Sehrawat, captain of the Indian Kabaddi team. A truly inspiring moment for our young players.
A photo with 'The High Flyer' himself, Pawan Sehrawat. Meeting their heroes motivates our players to dream big.
A special moment for our team when Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant sent a video message to motivate them for the KBD Juniors city finals.

Another picture with a student, my 'Guru ji' moment. Guiding these young athletes on their journey is my greatest reward.
About this collection
Life here is simple but tough. You will be waking up for training at 5:30 AM, following a strict vegetarian diet, and training twice a day with the squad. We focus on discipline as much as specific skills like the dubki or chain tackle. If you are not ready to push your limits in our hostel-based setup, this training environment is not for you.
It is not a camp; it is a lifestyle. When you join our residential program, you are not just signing up for coaching. You are joining a family that lives, breathes, and eats kabaddi. We run a tight ship because that is the only way to reach the state or national level.
The Routine
We have no skipped days. Morning sessions start at 5:30 AM, and we hit the mats again at 4:00 PM for intense tactical drills. Whether it is sprinting, gym work, or game situation practice, every minute is accounted for. This is what we call 'mehnat'.
Hostel Life
Our hostel keeps everyone focused. You will be sharing rooms with fellow athletes who are hungry for the same wins at CBSE and KBD Juniors tournaments. It is built for those moving to Sector 110, Noida, specifically for serious sports training. You get iron cots, personal locker space, and a community of peers who are on the same journey.
Fueling Your Game
Nutrition is non-negotiable. We provide simple, nutritious North Indian meals—dal, roti, and vegetables—to keep you fueled for our double training sessions. No shortcuts, just hard work and the right fuel to keep you going.
If you are ready to earn your spot on the mat, this is where you start.
Vishal Pal
I am Coach Vishal Pal, but my students call me Guru ji. I started this academy because I believe talent is nothing without real hard work. My job is to guide these young players on the mat and off it, making sure they stay disciplined and humble no matter how many trophies they win.
