Coaching Philosophy

Mera simple funda hai - mehnat karo, result ayega. I don’t believe in shortcuts. Most log pehle week hi thak jaate hain, but real improvement needs patience. Beej ko fasal banne mein samay lagta hai (It takes time for a seed to become a crop). My job? Push you, guide you, and make sure your hard work translates into wins. Baaki bhagwan ki marzi.

Results matter. My teams win medals because we train for it - not just for fun. Just last year:

I work with athletes who want to compete, not just play. Boys and girls, separate squads, all serious about kho-kho.

Training Style

It’s not only running and basic drills - we go deep into strategy, teamwork, and building that winner’s attitude. Training happens on proper ground and mat facilities, plus gym access for strength. Competition ready, whether it’s district level kho-kho coaching or national tournaments.

My Story

Main hoon Coach Vishal Pal, log Guru ji bhi bulate hain. Yahan NEA Kabaddi Academy mein, bas ek hi rule hai - mehnat sabse pehle. Koi chota ho ya senior, sabko mitti se dosti karni padti hai. Kaam simple nahi hai, par jo jeet ke aata hai, usmein asli maza hai. Jab hamare bacche KBD Juniors ya SFA jeet ke aate hain, toh lagta hai, Hanuman ji ki kripa hai. Main toh bas ek rasta hoon. Har har Mahadev!

My Work

Kabaddi & Kho Kho Coaching - Professional coaching for both boys and girls in Under-12, U-14, U-17, U-19 categories.

Competition Prep - We train players for CBSE Cluster, School Games, KBD Juniors preparation, SFA Championships, and private tournaments.

Skill Training - Focus on all-round growth - Kabaddi footwork drills, Dubki technique coaching, Lion Jump training, Back Hold, Hand Touch, Chain Tackle.

Facilities & Hostel - Mat, ground, gym, plus hostel for outstation players. Full support for serious athletes.
