We cook in small batches right here in our Humayunpur kitchen, ensuring each portion of Eromba or pork curry retains that fresh, home-cooked texture. Our team handles every step from prepping ingredients to sealing your containers, so it reaches you exactly as it left our stove.
We believe food is personal. That is why our kitchen is not a factory; it is our NCF family space. Whether we are stir-frying fresh greens for a Kanghou or simmering a classic Sareng Thongba, we treat every order like we are feeding our own.
Hygiene is our top priority. We use microwave-safe, sealed packaging to ensure that when your tiffin or meal bowl arrives, it is just as hot and flavorful as it was when we finished cooking. You will notice the care in the way we pack our snacks like Kelichana and Singju, separating elements to maintain that perfect crunch.
