It all starts with the best ingredients. Here you can see me grinding fresh wheat for our atta, preparing dough, and making pure ghee. This commitment to quality ensures that 'ghar jaisa swaad'.

Watch the magic happen as I prepare Kadhai Chicken. I use a traditional kadhai and high flame to lock in the smoky flavours of the spices and fresh ingredients.

Here’s a look at the making of my Paneer Do Pyaza. I cook the onions and spices to create a rich, flavourful gravy before adding soft chunks of paneer.

Jeera Aloo is a simple dish, but the flavour comes from getting the basics right. I use fresh potatoes and toast the cumin seeds perfectly to bring out their aroma.

This is a true home-style dish, Mooli Bhujiya. I cook fresh radish and its greens with tomatoes and simple spices, making it a healthy and delicious seasonal sabzi.
