About The Full Naga Experience: My Thalis

I do not follow a fixed daily menu. Instead, I cook what is freshest, which means you might get smoked pork with Axone one day and a different beef preparation the next. Because I am a home kitchen, all meals are prepared on a pre-order basis to ensure the ingredients are ready and the flavours are balanced.

My thalis are built around the idea of a complete home meal. Each meal typically includes a generous portion of steamed rice, a primary meat curry, a lighter vegetable stew like Ao Rosop, and a side of Raja Mircha chutney for that essential Naga heat. I focus on high meat-to-gravy ratios, using techniques that highlight the smokiness of the pork or the unique pungency of fermented soybean. When you order, you get a 5-compartment tray that keeps the textures and flavours separate until you are ready to eat. Whether it is pork with Aneshi or beef with bamboo shoot, I ensure the seasoning is authentic. If you need sticky rice instead of steamed white rice, just let me know when you book. Since I handle everything myself, I manage deliveries across Bengaluru using third-party services like Porter or Rapido, with charges extra.
