Pork Delicacies
Pork is a favorite in Naga cuisine, and I cook it in many ways. You can try my special smoked pork with axone, simple pork curry with bamboo shoot, or adventurous dishes like pork innards and trotters.
Hearty Beef Dishes
I offer a variety of beef dishes, from simple stir-fries to rich curries. For the more adventurous, I also prepare traditional delicacies like beef innards, lungs, and crispy beef skin, all cooked with authentic Naga spices.
Chicken, Naga Style
I cook chicken in the traditional Naga way, using local ingredients to create authentic flavors. You can try my simple chicken curry with dried yam leaf, spicy chicken pepper fry, or the unique chicken with Aneshi curry.
From the Rivers & Seas: Fish Dishes
I love cooking with fish, both fresh river fish and dried fish. I make simple fish fries, flavorful curries with bamboo shoot, and the special Pongsen style fish steamed with herbs. I also make a delicious chutney with dried fish.
The Full Naga Experience: My Thalis
The best way to experience Naga food is with a full thali. I prepare different thalis depending on the day's menu, but they always include rice, a main curry (pork, beef, or fish), one or two vegetable sides, and a spicy chutney or pickle.
Vegetarian Dishes & Chutneys
I also cook delicious vegetarian food. My specialties include Rosop, a traditional mixed vegetable stew, and a variety of fresh chutneys and salads made with seasonal ingredients. I also make different vegetable fries and curries.
Authentic Ingredients & Cooking Process
The secret to my food is the authentic ingredients and the love I put into cooking. I get key ingredients like Axone and Raja Mircha from Nagaland and use fresh herbs from my own garden. Here’s a peek into my kitchen.
