Why Kids Need This
Kids these days, too much screen time, not enough movement. I see parents scratching their heads, wondering 'yen madodu?' (what to do?) with all that extra energy. Here, I help kids build more than just muscle. We focus on strong bodies, sharper minds, and real-life skills. It's not just an activity - it's setting your child up for life.
What We Teach
- Karate classes for kids (Shito-Ryu style): Traditional karate, not just about fighting but respect, focus, and discipline. Kids move up through belts, learning basics, kata (memory & technique), kumite (safe sparring), and practical child self-defense training.
- Kids boxing classes & fitness: High-energy sessions, great for burning energy and building confidence. We do pad work, drills for agility and strength, and mix in some cardio kickboxing for fun.
- Life skills: Confidence, how to handle bullies, and setting boundaries.
Team Evolution
For those who want to go all-in, I’ve got a competitive team. Our students have won medals from district to national level. One even made it to the official Karnataka State Karate Team. It's not for everyone, but if your kid wants to push, I’m here for it.

My Story
We started Evolution Academy in Kundapura because, honestly, why not have a place where everyone—fighters, kids, parents—can hustle and grow? I’m not just a coach, I fight too. Won bronze for Udupi in my boxing debut, so yeah, I walk the talk. The real win isn’t medals, it’s seeing our students smash their goals, parents cheering, and the whole community coming together. Good workout, happy faces, my dog at the end—life’s sorted.
