This is the intensity I bring to my own training and to every client session. Here, I am performing a clean and jerk, a fundamental Olympic lift that requires a combination of power, technique, and mental focus. We build up to this level of performance step by step, ensuring every movement is safe and strong.

Strength is for everyone. This is one of our female members achieving her one rep max on the bench press. I provide hands on spotting and form correction to ensure every client can push their limits safely and build real, functional strength.

This is what happens when hard work meets faith. The journey from an injury to winning a gold medal at the State Games was a testament to God's plan and consistent effort. I bring this same champion mindset and experience to help you achieve your own goals, whatever they may be.

We celebrate big milestones here. This is a client hitting an incredible 205kg back squat personal record. My role is to provide the program, the motivation, and the crucial support to help you safely lift weights you never thought possible.

The energy of our group sessions is unmatched. Here, our men's batch is testing their one rep max on the deadlift. Training together builds a powerful sense of community and pushes everyone to be better.

We are a team of champions. I am incredibly proud to coach the Barbellhouse Team, which brought home three gold, one silver, and two bronze medals from the 2024 Karnataka State Weightlifting Championships. When you train with us, you join a legacy of success.

Our training is about building complete athletes. Beyond the barbell, we focus on functional strength and conditioning with exercises like sled pushes and kettlebell lunges. This kind of work builds the endurance and power needed for any sport or life challenge.

This is my 10 year journey in Olympic weightlifting. It started with a dream and has been built on dedication, overcoming challenges, and the support of my community. I share this to show you that with belief and hard work, any goal is achievable.
