This is the standard I set before I ever step onto the coaching floor. See the weights I move and the medals I’ve earned, built on the same "You vs You" discipline I teach every day.

Competing at the State Weightlifting Championships. This is me executing a clean and jerk on the competition platform and later receiving a bronze medal. Every competition is a chance to test my limits and I am always grateful for the opportunity.

This was a successful clean and jerk during the Karnataka State Senior Weightlifting Championships. For me, success is about giving my best effort every single time and constantly working to improve my technique and strength.

A successful 150kg clean and jerk during my second attempt at the 2022 State Weightlifting Championship. This lift helped secure a silver medal. The focus here is on explosive power from the floor and stability in the overhead position.

A look at a typical training day, hitting a 180kg deadlift and working up to a 201kg season best. Consistency in training is what builds the foundation for peak performance on competition day.

A training session focused on building overall strength, including overhead squats, front squats, and heavy bench presses. A well rounded program is key to long term progress and injury prevention.

This training montage shows the variety of lifts we work on, from snatches to heavy back squats and deadlifts. Each movement serves a specific purpose in building a complete strength athlete.

About My Journey on the Platform: Lifts & Medals

Every lift you see here, from the 205kg back squat to my competition clean and jerks, is a reflection of the standard I hold myself to. I don't ask my athletes at Barbellhouse to do anything I haven't done myself. When you train with me, you’re not just following a program off a sheet; you’re learning from someone who lives the same grueling schedule of training, recovery, and competition prep.
