It is always You vs You. Whether you are hitting your first back squat or pushing for a new deadlift max, we are here to help you cross your own limits safely.

When we test for a one rep max, I don't just watch from across the gym. I am right there at the rack providing active spotting, checking for proper depth, and ensuring your bar path stays efficient. We drill the technique with empty bars first, so when you finally add the plates, you know your body can handle the load.

The Path to Your PR

  • Technique First: We never rush to go heavy. Before you chase a new personal record, we spend weeks refining your setup, bar path, and breathing. If your form breaks, the weight doesn't move.
  • Real Spotting: In the 1-on-1 sessions, I am hands-on. Whether you are squatting in our power racks or pulling from the floor, I am monitoring every inch of your lift. This builds the confidence you need to push past that mental block.
  • The 'You vs You' Mindset: Most people quit when things get uncomfortable. We train you to stay calm under the barbell. It is not about beating the guy next to you, but about being better than you were yesterday.
