During this Star Sports interview for PKL Season 9, I explain how we use data-driven methods like heart rate monitoring and sport-specific drills to improve player reaction time and prevent overtraining.

Agility is non-negotiable in kabaddi. Here, I'm running a Pro Kabaddi League player through a series of agility drills using cones to improve his change of direction speed and reaction time before the season.

About Coaching for Champions: Pro Kabaddi & Tennis

In professional leagues, we do not have months to prepare. We have weeks. When I assess a player, I immediately look for specific mechanical inefficiencies, like poor landing mechanics that lead to ACL injuries or slow reaction times in defense. We fix those gaps using heart rate monitoring and sport-specific drills, not just random gym sets.
