From Exercise Physiology Lab to Pro League
Before I was coaching professional athletes, I was studying human performance in the lab. My coaching is not based on trends—it is built on data, physiology, and real-world results.
Back in my college days in the Exercise Physiology lab. Here I was conducting hypoxia and blood lactate experiments, building the scientific foundation that I apply to my coaching today.
Another photo from my time as a student, deeply involved in hands-on scientific research. My methods are rooted in years of academic and practical study.
I don't just coach, I also teach. Here I am teaching an ACE accredited nutrition course, sharing my knowledge with the next generation of fitness professionals.
A full-circle moment: from being a student at Bangalore University to being invited back by the chairman and honored at an event. Hard work always pays off.
A short video showing my personal transformation and journey over the years. This is a reminder that I've walked the path myself and understand the process of change.
More images from my university labs, where I spent countless hours studying the science of human performance. This is where my evidence-based approach was born.

About this collection
My coaching starts with an understanding of your unique physiology. I do not provide generic plans. We assess your metrics—like load tolerance and heart rate—to build a program that works for your body, ensuring you get stronger and more durable without the guesswork found in most 'bro-science' programs.
My path to coaching was not a straight line. It started at Bangalore University, where I spent years in the lab running blood lactate and hypoxia experiments. While others were following fitness fads, I was studying how the human body actually adapts to stress and physical demand.
When you work with me, you aren't getting a cookie-cutter workout routine. Whether you are a junior athlete aiming for AITA titles or a player preparing for a pro season, my approach is consistent: we assess, we monitor, and we execute. We use load monitoring to track your fatigue. If your numbers indicate burnout, we don't push—we adjust.
I have served as Head S&C Coach for Pro Kabaddi League teams, and I know what it takes to perform under pressure. Namaskara, I am here to bridge the gap between academic exercise science and your real-world performance. If you are tired of magic pills and unproven concepts, let's focus on evidence-based training that actually gets you results.
