Before I was coaching professional athletes, I was studying human performance in the lab. My coaching is not based on trends—it is built on data, physiology, and real-world results.

Back in my college days in the Exercise Physiology lab. Here I was conducting hypoxia and blood lactate experiments, building the scientific foundation that I apply to my coaching today.
