I’m Naresh, a Bengaluru-based Strength & Conditioning coach and Sports Dietitian. After years as a university-level lifter (madthidde), I chased an MSc in Exercise Physiology to dig into the actual science behind performance. For me, fitness isn’t about “influencer” gyaan (advice) or WhatsApp forwards - I stick to what’s proven, not what’s popular.
