Proper hydration is fundamental for endurance during a long match or intense training session. I teach my clients about the importance of nutrition and hydration as part of a holistic approach to athletic performance.

We bring athleticism and fun to the court. A handstand walk like this is a great way to warm up, build shoulder stability for serves and overheads, and keep the training environment light and engaging.
