I’m Naresh Yadav. For me, sports performance is pure science - not guesswork, not social media myths. I’ve been a competitive powerlifter myself, so I know how much misinformation floats around. My coaching is straightforward, evidence-based, and no-nonsense. If you’re looking for real results, not fairy tales, you’re in the right place.

Who I Help

I coach pro athletes, juniors, cricketers, and natural bodybuilders. Kannada baratte (I speak Kannada) if you prefer local language. I’ve worked as Head S&C Coach and Dietitian for Pro Kabaddi League teams, helped junior tennis champs win AITA U-14 titles, and supported cricketers looking to level up their game. Every program is custom - I don’t do copy-paste plans.

  • Training is 100% data-driven. I use tools like heart rate monitoring to manage load and avoid burnout.

  • Injury prevention strategies are built-in. I focus on making you strong, powerful, and durable - not just skilled.

How We Train

You’ll get stronger with real lifts - squats, deadlifts, RDLs. We build power and agility with plyometrics and sport-specific drills. Core training is functional, not just crunches. Conditioning is tough, mixing running, sled pushes, farmer’s walks.

Nutrition Matters

As a Dietitian, I design personalized diet plans for your training goals. No fad diets, no magic pills. I educate you on how food impacts performance, and I independently test supplements so you know exactly what’s safe and effective.

My Story

Namaskara! Naanu Naresh, Bengaluru huduga (boy). I got into fitness from college, powerlifting and weightlifting was my jam. But more than just lifting, I wanted to know the science behind it all. That’s why I became an Exercise Physiologist. I don’t follow silly trends or imaginary theories – only real, evidence-based advice. I love busting myths and keeping it honest. From student to chief guest at Bangalore University, life’s come full circle. Bodybuilding is my passion, but helping folks get truly fit is what I’m here for.
