In-Person Athletic Performance Coaching
Training & Facility Access
- Sessions: 12 to 16 supervised sessions per month (3-4 days per week) at Alpha Bodyworks, Srirampura.
- Duration: 75-90 minutes per session including extended warm-up and cool-down protocols.
- Equipment: Full access to functional setups including Sled Tracks, Ski-Ergs, Rowing Machines, Squat Racks, and Trap Bars.
Performance Protocols
- Sport-Specific Drills: Tailored agility and reaction time drills, such as cone drills for defense or rotational power work.
- Load Monitoring: Usage of athlete monitoring systems to track fatigue and prevent overtraining.
- Conditioning: Integration of high-intensity functional stamina work like Wall balls, Burpee Broad Jumps, and Farmer's Carries.
- Injury Prevention: Plyometrics instruction focusing on landing mechanics and ACL safety.
Nutrition & Education
- Performance Diet: Dietitian-crafted nutrition strategy focusing on macro-nutrient timing for pre/post workout fueling.
- Supplementation: Recommendations based on lab-tested purity, strictly avoiding banned substances.
- Physiology Education: Direct instruction on exercise science during rest periods to improve athlete fitness IQ.
Online Performance Programming & Nutrition
Customized Programming
- Delivery: Tailored training program delivered via PDF or Coaching App with video demonstrations.
- Structure: Periodized training blocks (Hypertrophy, Strength, Peaking phases) aligned with the athlete's specific season.
- Technique Correction: Weekly review of client-submitted lifting videos to analyze form and ensure safety remotely.
Nutrition & Health
- Diet Plan: Calorie and macro-calculated diet plan specific to sport requirements (e.g., making weight without muscle loss).
- Bloodwork Review: Analysis of basic blood parameters (Lipids, Vitamin D, B12) to suggest dietary interventions.

I’m Naresh Yadav. For me, sports performance is pure science - not guesswork, not social media myths. I’ve been a competitive powerlifter myself, so I know how much misinformation floats around. My coaching is straightforward, evidence-based, and no-nonsense. If you’re looking for real results, not fairy tales, you’re in the right place.
Who I Help
I coach pro athletes, juniors, cricketers, and natural bodybuilders. Kannada baratte (I speak Kannada) if you prefer local language. I’ve worked as Head S&C Coach and Dietitian for Pro Kabaddi League teams, helped junior tennis champs win AITA U-14 titles, and supported cricketers looking to level up their game. Every program is custom - I don’t do copy-paste plans.

How We Train
You’ll get stronger with real lifts - squats, deadlifts, RDLs. We build power and agility with plyometrics and sport-specific drills. Core training is functional, not just crunches. Conditioning is tough, mixing running, sled pushes, farmer’s walks.
Nutrition Matters
As a Dietitian, I design personalized diet plans for your training goals. No fad diets, no magic pills. I educate you on how food impacts performance, and I independently test supplements so you know exactly what’s safe and effective.
