I’ve worked as Head S&C Coach and Dietitian for Pro Kabaddi League teams, helped junior tennis champs win AITA U-14 titles, and supported cricketers looking to level up their game. Every program is custom - I don’t do copy-paste plans.
You’ll get stronger with real lifts - squats, deadlifts, RDLs. We build power and agility with plyometrics and sport-specific drills. Core training is functional, not just crunches. Conditioning is tough, mixing running, sled pushes, farmer’s walks.
As a Dietitian, I design personalized diet plans for your training goals. No fad diets, no magic pills. I educate you on how food impacts performance, and I independently test supplements so you know exactly what’s safe and effective.
